Bill Foley recently completed the testing requirements to be certified in
Microsoft Office XP as a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor.
"The Master certification is the highest-level credential you can earn in
the Microsoft Office Specialist program. Masters demonstrate a breadth of
productivity skills on key desktop programs by passing a combination of
required and elective Office Specialist exams."
